Name: Parker Jonas
Age: 23
Wealth: Used to be Higher Middle Class, now Low
Description: Parker appears innocent enough, frail, but tall, with mouse brown hair. He usually dresses in a casual suit in the day, and black body amour designed for speed and protection at night.
History: A young citizen. He has long known the existence of the gifted people in the city, and the bounty on them. After dropping out of collage, he has decided that he can make a living as a bounty hunter. He wanders the streets at night and keeps an apartment complex that has been reporting a lot of unusual activity. He hopes to make enough money to buy the necessities in life as he lost all his money in a previous incident...
